Questions & Answers

Everything international buyers ask before ordering a LEAD hydraulic press — warranty, payment, shipping, installation, and after-sales support.

What types of hydraulic presses do you manufacture?
We manufacture four product families: four-column hydraulic presses (25T–2000T), H-frame presses (100T–1200T), single column C-frame presses (5T–500T), and door panel embossing machines (2000T–4500T). We also build custom configurations for deep drawing, stamping, forging, compression molding, and powder compacting. Share your product drawings or samples and our engineers will recommend the optimal machine structure.
Can you customize the machine according to my specific requirements?
Absolutely. We provide full OEM/ODM customization: press tonnage, stroke length, daylight, and table size; multi-stage speed control; heating/cooling plates for rubber or composite molding; PLC control systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Delta); and safety light curtains, two-hand buttons, or automatic feeding systems. Share your technical requirements and we will provide a tailored solution within 24 hours.
What is the lead time for production and delivery?
Standard models ship 15–25 days after deposit; customized machines take 30–45 days depending on complexity. We keep a buffer stock of key components to minimize waiting. Sea freight to major ports typically adds 15–35 days depending on destination.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We quote FOB Qingdao (or other Chinese ports) by default, and can also work under CFR/CIF terms with competitive sea freight rates through our logistics partners. Machines ship by sea in 20GP/40GP/40HQ containers or flat-rack containers for oversized tonnage. Door-to-door DAP service is available for major ports in South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners or orders over $50,000, we can discuss L/C at sight. We do not accept D/P or D/A for first-time orders.
What is the warranty period, and what does it cover?
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of installation, or 14 months from the Bill of Lading date — whichever comes first. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in structural components, the hydraulic system, and electrical controls. Wearable parts (seals, buttons, filters) are excluded but supplied at cost price for the machine's lifetime.
Do you provide installation and commissioning services?
Yes, three options: (1) Free online support — video guidance and remote troubleshooting via TeamViewer/Zoom. (2) On-site installation — one engineer dispatched for 5–7 days (buyer covers visa, airfare, and local accommodation). (3) Local service partner — in high-volume markets we connect you with our authorized technicians. Commissioning includes level adjustment, test running, and operator training.
How do you ensure machine quality before shipment?
Every machine passes a three-stage inspection: (1) Incoming inspection — steel plates, cylinders, and electrical parts verified against certificates. (2) In-process inspection — welding, machining, and assembly checked at each station. (3) Final testing — 110% rated load for 30 minutes plus full functional testing of safety and control systems. A test report and running video are sent to the buyer before packing.
What certifications do your presses carry?
Our factory operates under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, re-audited annually. Electrical cabinets are built CE-compliant. We can assist with additional compliance requirements (UL, CSA, or local electrical standards) upon request.
Can you adapt the machine to our local voltage?
Standard configuration is 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase. We can customize for 220V, 415V, 440V, or 60Hz systems at no design cost — just confirm your local industrial voltage when inquiring so we configure the motor and electrical cabinet accordingly.
How are the machines packed for export?
Machines are wrapped in anti-rust oil and stretch film, then secured with steel-wire anchoring in fumigation-free plywood export cases or steel frames. Container loading is photographed and documented for every shipment, so you see exactly how your machine was secured before it left our factory.
Do you supply spare parts and dies?
Yes. Common spare parts (seals, solenoid valves, pressure gauges, limit switches) are stocked and ship within 48 hours. We also design and manufacture stamping dies, drawing dies, and compression molds as a turnkey solution, so you don't need to source tooling separately.
What export documents do you provide? What is the HS code?
Hydraulic presses are classified under HS code 8462.91 (hydraulic presses for working metal). We provide the full export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and the factory test report. CE documentation can be included where required by your customs.
Can I visit your factory before ordering?
Very welcome — around 50 delegations visit us every year. We are located in Tengzhou, Shandong (about 2.5 hours from Jinan Yaoqiang Airport by car, or 1 hour from Zaozhuang high-speed rail station). We can arrange an invitation letter for your visa, factory tour, machine demonstrations, and accommodation. Virtual video tours are also available anytime.
